DIGITAL NOMADIC TOOLS

As a Performance Marketeer, your work will largely consist of setting up, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on various channels. You ensure that your clients can achieve their goals and not only communicate results but also think along with them where necessary.

Together with our graphic designers, you will look at the best design and display of campaigns. At Innomads, we like to relieve our clients: We are proactive and offer maximum performance campaigns in all areas of online marketing!

Our Online Innovators are specialized in many marketing activities, including:

• SEA (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• SEO (Google, Bing)
• Conversion Optimization
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ads
• Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok ads
• Strategy & execution
• Analysis and Interpretation

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You wake up fresh every day, move freely (self-reliant), but can always rely on the group (we are a performance-driven tribe). A good mindset, feeling good, and actively working on that, we find important. Below are some skills from the nomadic toolbox that give you an edge over the rest:

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience (in digital marketing, or in a commercial role)
• You have, to a greater or lesser extent, knowledge of SEO/SEA/Digital Campaigns and/or marketplaces
• Knowledge of conversion optimization, ROI, and ROAS
• Strong communication skills
• Strategic and analytical insight
• Enthusiasm and sociability
• The most important; an unparalleled drive to perform!

With us, YOU are responsible for the start, making connections between Innomads and the client. But also for thinking along in the strategy and target group determination. You work independently with Innovisions for the creation of the ads. You take into account the application of our methods and scientific foundations, such as the 7 principles of Cialdini and the rule of 7(00) contact moments.
